"girl time" weight going down

DAY 1: No eliptical! But that's o.k. I work today and Troy woke up three times last night! TIRED! Will start exercise 2marow DEF. Plan on not exercising on Tues. and Thurs. - days I work. Atleast not yet.
REMEMBER: not to exceed 1100 cals!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
