After my month of eating anything and everything I am now back on track . Weighed in this morning to find I had lost 2 lb, I was expecting a bigger loss this first week back, but on my ladies darts night out they served up a great pizza and big tasty bowl of chips,I was weak! Then yesterday at a summer fete unfortunately there were no healthy choices. Wishing all members on fatsecret lots of will power on your journeys to become a healthier you. metabolism boosting _foods by Lily Lloyd, on Flickr[/img]

That's a very respectable loss. Well done. I eat almonds by the bucket load. Lidl sell loose, salted, roasted almonds. Just had 50 gms, for a snack. 300 Kcals!

Thanks for all your positive feedback.--
Jocko, I think that I might buy some of those loose almonds and incorporate them into my diet with the pumpkins seeds that I nibble in the evenings.
