I've gotten to the point where I feel like shit constantly. I've slowly been trying to get in the habit of exercising every day. I can't have sex with my boyfriend anymore, I mean I feel so gross that I don't want to be naked around him or even have him touch me. Something needs to change because I want to feel good about myself and my weight again.
