slight gain this week; but haven't work at it hard; with elderly parents issues. I did manage to just have basil tomoto soup with milk; nice creaminess plus raw vegetables, crackers, for meatless monday I suppose I will be starving today; but, got up and had two hard cooked eggs and bing cherries
240.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
