Hope I can recover soon from infection in mouth from failed implant. Really stepping hard on my kidneys with all these antibiotics.

One thing I have learned from dental work is to get 2nd opinions. Dental work is more an art, than a science. I had a friend, who worked for two dentists, one very good, one very bad.

It has been going on for 6 weeks actually. Very entrenched infection from implant that failed from day one with forcing of badly fitted temporary. 4 antibiotics so far. Infection still active and massive inflammation.

Again thank you all for your sweet comments. I would encourage anyone contemplating implant work to get two opinions. Implants are presented as routine ...they are not..bone status, age, kidneys status...all critical...I cannot take any pain meds including ibuprofen due to kidney status. And been sober/clean for 30 years. Did this all with just Novacain. And regular Tylenol.
Ibuprofen is great for inflammation and better than narcotics for pain but it will eat your kidneys alive so could not go there. Been awful. Should have just kept my bottom teeth.
