Stress over deadlines has led to loss of appetite. Plus two 5am bed times and getting up at 7am(!) hasn't helped. Although I thought lack of sleep and stress led to weight gain, but perhaps that's if you over eat. I had 8 hours sleep last night though.
151.2 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week
