Made some good weight loss through eating high fat low carb. Eating carbs today so expecting a big weight jump on the scales tomorrow which will be water retention. You have to have a day off now and again for celebrations, holidays etc. Good for leptin levels as long as it's limited to one day aka cheat day, then fast from 8pm tonight till lunch tomorrow.
