It's been a couple of weeks since I last logged in, and I need to quit looking at the scale. Even though I am losing weight, (not as fast as I think I should be losing it), I am not seeing the scale move down fast. I know that I'm doing a lot of cardio, and that is a good thing, but I am also doing a lot of strength building. This is probably increasing my muscle mass and why I don't see the loss as well as I think I should be seeing it. But my pants and shirts all feel looser, and when I took a side profile pic yesterday I could really see the progress. I hope you all have a great weekend. Talk to you later.

Good job, and you're getting confirmation of progress in scale and non-scale ways. Keep it up, have a great weekend.

I'm obsessed with my weight scale...as long as you feel your pants are getting loser that's all that matters. Weight loss will eventually stau stuck for a while and then all of a sudden it drops again. Continue doing what you doing and it will move again. You did a great job so far. Have a nice weekend as well🌻

You're doing great - don't let the slowness in the change of numbers bring you down.
