my work schedule has been extreme lately, not sure wat changed except people on vacation means more daily tasks. Less time to check in here. I didn't want to cook this week so I purchased a few premade meals (lean cuisine) and i feel like i ate too many carbs. also i feel like the sodium is too much for me, but the upside is that the calorie count is controlled. I take it as a successful week overall. My only downfall was a pizza party. I am back on track today, will be food prepping this week and for the weekend.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
