Just finished my workout this morning. I had way more power today than I usually have. Was it the week off? Was it my breakfast of pancakes made with 1/2 protein powder? Was it that I did my bike ride first instead of after? Was it that I spent a lot of time in the heat the past week and my body made adaptations? Yesterday was hard but today was easy... idk what to think...
142.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
