Macros way off!! Spent two hours in Emergency with my friends, waited too long to eat. Tried for nutrition but the Carbs were WAY overboard. Tomorrow I have no commitments except coffee with a friend and stroll around Butchart Gardens, supposed to be sunny, warm and get to just spend time with a Dear Friend. Cannot beat that!
161.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
