Hi everyone Hangover 😂 good spirits back to fasting 18 hours eating smaller portions and staying within the 900 cal / 1000 made fresh vegetable soup and leftover sauce with some rice steak sandwich second meal really trying but last night was big set back on a positive note done half of the paperwork for today an hour or so will do the rest tomorrow … headache sending u all much love
