Thanks, Lady! Idk too much about other places, but I can tell I'm getting a LITTLE glute muscle back that I've lost from years of sitting on my arse. It has gotten so flat & squishy, when it was my best physical quality when I was young! 😂 When I was young & active (but not even lifting weights), 175lbs looked good on me at a curvy size 8. I might just keep my actual weight goal at that instead of 150. We will see.
