Didn't lose an ounce. I'm thinking that the 100g carb thing isn't going to work this time, either. It doesn't seem possible for me to meet my caloric RDI while consuming so few carbohydrates, and 900-1100 calories a day is resulting in no energy, constant headaches, and zero weight loss. Necessary revision: meet the RDI, meet recommended fiber guidelines, meet calcium requirement, and ensure that carb % does not exceed 40%. Additional thing: drink more water!
254.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
