Weight steady and that is better than it increasing. I am hanging in there learning that I don't lose weight easily. Other SBD'ers seem to lose weight so fast and that can get me discouraged but I am learning that my body is different.
Food: B - Fiberone with light soy milk (130) S - Spicy V8 (30) L - leftover salmon with vegetables (550) D - ?? Not sure...not awake enough to think about it yet
Workout: 30 minutes on the treadmill - walked 1.55 miles
