Its a good day. Not only have I removed the water weight from the weekend but my son woke up (on his own) this morning and fixed us both breakfast. Banana with nutella. It was pretty yummy, I must say.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
