Keto can be a tricky diet to learn when starting out. I used an app called "Carb Manager" when I first started and it helped. Its similar to FS but just geared towards Keto Now I eat pretty much the same thing every day, I am kind of boring when it comes to food. Good luck with your keto journey. The carb cravings should diminish over time.

Yes the app is free and cost money if you want more of the app. I have been Keto since March 3, 2021. With no major slip ups except the occasional binging on Blue Diamond Oven Roasted Dark Chocolate Almonds. As a disclaimer I will say Keto is not for everyone. I have met people it didn't work for. A funny story, when I first started keto I had this huge craving for Oreos that did go away. What is weird is I was never a fan of Oreos so you may develop a weird craving in the beginning.
