worked 5 hours cleaning up the church gardens, pruning, raking, lifting...too tired to pay attention to what I'm eating. omelette for supper though. Just wish hot cross buns were not so available everywhere this time of year.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow that's a great amount of exercise! I did my own yard for half an hour the other day and gave up 😂 I'm impressed.
