Ate soup in a restaurant yesterday, sodium and msg set me back a bit…back up to 170! Ok!
Going for a long walk and joining my Somatics class tonight. Hope that moves things along in the right direction.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
