Changed my goal weight to 148lb. I notice many of you do this. It is the ‘next step’ intermittent goal and seems more achievable. I will reset my goal once I get there. Thanks to everyone for your support and inspiration.
169.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
