Hi everyone update won’t do anything drastic too time consuming & problematic dental issues so whitening & cleaning basic stuff healthy Gums so that’s something…. Disappointing yes but acceptance is the key life has taught me to take it as it comes …. Since nothing can change what is meant to be …. On a more positive note healthy eating is going as planned :) so weight is in my hands am going to smash it win the battle their is so much else that I can’t change weight is the one thing I hope to change with determination & perseverance let the battle begin ….
