Good Monday morning down only 1 pound and barely that. I am not feeling the drastic weight loss as when I first started, but it's ok keep on keeping on!! I got this.
160.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
