I need to get my sleep under controll. Insomnia can be soo bad, once you stay up past a certain time you get really hungry. Gained two pounds over night.... UGH!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you I'm sure it will, the weight at least, the sleep is a whole differnt animal.
