that's good you enjoy your trip it's hard to be good on a cruise they feed you all day and night.

Celebrate the cruise and the good time - that little gain is "nothin" - back on track we go - to a Healthier Us, of course. 4.6 on a cruise - with all of the luxurious living on board ship - is nothing - while you were on a cruise - I had over 2 pound gain and did not even get a small weekend vacation.

this is a journey. you will have ups and downs. it's a balance. healthy eating is about choices....okay sometimes don't make the perfect choice, but that's okay! don't beat yourself up.

2kg on a cruise??? with what they offer you did excellent...be proud.... Whenever I go on holiday I always allow myself a few extras, once the holiday is over I'll think about it... You'll be back on track in no time
