Back up again! Had a busy couple of weeks with my mums 65th birthday celebrations but that’s an excuse really could have behaved so much better on the days i could. Anyway onwards I go, going on holiday in 9 weeks am running out of time to make a decent change so starting again (again!) x
181.4 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
