Added back bread in form of croissant, feeling a little bloated, no surprise.
Off to the pub for lunch tomorrow with friends. Don’t want alcohol after my wine experiment but having my favourite salad with goat cheese. I think I will spend a couple of weeks on keto and then go back to Whole30 for another month. I’m just experimenting like I am the Guinea pig and also the lab tech observing. Interesting!
