ok, very slow and steady. 5lbs down for the week. Averaging around 1100 calories each day. Gotta find a way to lower chloresterol intake and sodium intake. Higher than I want them to be. I'm gonna try protein shake in the morning some days maybe that will help. What else can you eat keto for breakfast? ideas?
201.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
