So been up since 6.20am mostly cooking today for my family and trying to overcome my carb addiction basically having what I fancy without bread rice or potatoes ...,breakfast was six hours ago still not that hungry will try to stretch it

Don’t worry about your carb addiction! , I have a high carb diet , and have for a long time, like you, I don’t have bread, rice I’ve switched for all other whole grains (bulgur, barley, buckwheat, lentils) and I only have sweet potatoes, (very good for you) all these are full of fibre, and fibre is what keeps you feeling fuller for longer 👍🏻
