I don’t know what’s happening. Is it my weighing scale or something else? I don’t know!
168.7 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 168.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Everyone has weight fluctuations on a hourly basis depending upon what and how much you ate, how much urine you passed and how much you pooped or how much you sweat in a workout. Don't be surprised about something as trivial as that. The most consistent way to get an idea of your weight is to weigh yourself in the morning after pooping and take an average of your weekly weight. Follow the trend.If you're maintaining your weight, you've found your maintenance calories for that weight. If you're gaining weight, You're eating in a surplus. If you're losing weight, you're in a deficit. Keep it simple
