Carbs still a problem...two more days of birthday celebration to go this week, then back to being 'on track'.
Funny, I have a weight loss goal but give myself permission to exceed the mini challenges when it suits me.
I'm going to re-read the definition of integrity again. This isn't it.
What's at stake??? My health in general or the quality of my health in my 'golden' years?? Hmm???
176.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
