Good morning FS! Just weighed myself this morning, and am down to 281.2. Last weigh in was just about 20 days ago. I think I did ok! I'm glad I got my About Time protein powder again. That helps me so much to reach my daily protein goals. Plus, I consider that breakfast. Whatever works! Hope everyone is doing well! Have a great day!!!👍
