Well I'm up and I'm not surprised. I'm still under my goal weight - but finals week was stressful and my digestive system wasn't acting normally... and I cheated a lot.
Saturday I didn't even record because we had people over and once that happened... ugh I didn't pay attention to much of what I ate. I feel bad... but anyway. Back on track Sunday and for the holidays!
My mom told me all she wants for Christmas is to come down to my house and eat healthy... :D That made me feel awesome.
