Better day today, food wise. So busy cleaning at work I didn't think abput food so came home and ate only what was on my keto plan. here's hoping for a clean eating day, it's only 5:40mpm ;-)
167.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
