Went to Charleston last 1 1/2 weeks ago and gained a few pounds and am on the way down to 155 lb. I think I'll throw in the Military Diet on Mon, Tues and Wed-no I can't Tommy and family here for 3 days. Don't feel like explaning my eating patterns.
