back on Keto full plan , thankfully scale moving in the right direction. Fat bombs with peanut butter and chocolate satisfies my craving for sweets, using stevia instead of sugar, I decided to leave the wine alone for a few weeks and jump start the weight loss .
172.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
