I've done all this before but this time I'm serious. I can't keep doing this to my body. I started two weeks ago and, so far, have lost 8 lbs. I'm taking it ten lbs at a time....first big goal is at 50 lbs. I usually start losing interest about then and gain it back. Not this time. This time, I'm keeping it off.
