Worked physically hard from 9:00 until 2:00. All I wanted as a reward was cheese, crackers and apple cider. Sun is shining, it's hot outside and I'm tired.
I will yank my self back on track tomorrow morning at breakfast.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
