not losing weight the last week, not sure why. I'm thinking too much sodium. Also working muscles very hard (sore) so I think inflamation stops the weight loss due to water retention...yup...I'm going with that. I'm not hitting my RDI of 1200 calories per day and AM expending a lot of activity calories so what's going on???
Going out to dinner Friday and Lunch on Sunday so we will see what salad and red wine do to the scales...should be interesting.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Our stories are so similar. Getting exercise, weight stuck and my son's bday & chinese food coming up tuesday. Then fathers day sunday. Probably more chinese food. It will be a challenge for sure!
