Done!! Man it's harder than I thought it would be! I found some good vids on how to do them properly. My scissors looked kinda wonky lol! Glute bridges rock! 👊👍 Walking squats kinda turned into "walking without the squats" by the end but it's a work in progress! 😂 I have a feeling I’m going to feel these newly used muscles tomorrow... 😁 Thanks again for the motivation, the accountability and being a cool person in general. You are much appreciated 😘🙏
