I’m not so sure about this weigh in 😮 The scale showed an even lower weight at 162.8 so I wiped off the bottom of it and it’s still giving me this weight so I guess I’ll log it. I was expecting at least a few pounds gained. I ate pizza and cupcakes yesterday, pastries the day before, and Chinese food and cookies the day before that and so on and so on. I tried to keep track of everything and my calories were high. But I guess my crazy work schedule was enough to balance it out 😅 I’m going to try to get back on track today. No gym though, I’ve got to make dinner before I go to work. Pork roast, stuffing, and veggies. Hope everyone has a great Sunday 😃 My fortune from the other day 🙂 Don’t mind my “gym” hands 😒

Yes absolutely. Check out Dorothea Brande and her 1936 book, Wake Up and Live -- Her basic thesis is, "act as if you cannot fail" -- sounds a lot like your fortune. If you're confident of successfully achieving your goals, you are much more likely to take the necessary steps toward them, and perform better when doing them. Act as if you cannot fail!! :)

I’m at the gym no (Monday morning) ❤️❤️❤️ I was a little weary of going. But I only have 2 more days of work to go!! 😄 And on and extra good note I think my cycle is dying out FINALLY!!! 👏👏👏
