Busy Day. And hot day. Lots of running around w errands. Didn’t record. But watched portions. Drank a lot. Guess my body needs to stabilize before I start heading down again.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
