How are the Quest Oatmeal Chocolate Chip protein bars? Are they the taffy sort of bars? Sound good and the fiber and protein are pretty awesome.

Yes, and they are tasty. The leaner I get the more I am appreciating fiber+protein to keep me full.

I'm waiting for them to drop those seasonal pumpkin pie ones. I've been on pure proteins for a while. Quite a bit cheaper but less fiber.

Yeah, I only eat 1 pure protein one a day now pre-workout. They are not satiating at all and are like two bites.
