Had two days of eating out with friends. It was impossible to avoid Carbs. So I just enjoyed myself and ate. Didn’t bother weighing myself last two days. Did a 16 hour dry fast yesterday to reset.
150.6 lb Lost so far: 8.7 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
