I am not sure what i did to gain 5 pds. I followed the plan like i am to. The only thing i can think of with all the exersise is maaybe musle gain. Somehow, that still does not make me feel any better. I will keep going and get back on track now that i pigged out the last 2 days. i know i can do it
314.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 164.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

well if you have been eating lower carbs and then pigged out on alot of carbs, your body will hold alot of water. If you stay on track with your diet, most of it should come off quickly. Gaining actual muscle takes months of hard work. Plus, if you ate foods high in sodium, that could make you gain too. Good luck!

Yes, YOU CAN do it! I would look at the sodium intake in the past week and I'll bet a bucket of water or two, will show a loss in no time. :) I want to recommend journaling your food here or on another site of your choice, www.thedailyplate.com is a great site for food journaling. :) Thanks for the nice note... YES... YOU can do IT!! :)
