Weight has been climbing all week. I've been working hard at home and at work.
Feeling tired and dizzy for a few days. Not enough water or sleep. I need more than 48 ozs of water, and will try to get more than 8 hours of sleep tonight.
158.9 lb Lost so far: 24.1 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
