Learned walking meditation today, will try it outdoors on grass and see how that feels.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YOU DID IT! Now we can leave comments! Do you have a specific meditation plan? If you are a Christian, there is a great iPHone app called "Abide". There are meditations on all sorts of subjects in 2, 5, 10 or 15 minute lengths.

Hi Debbie, I attend a Contemplative Community group at church. We sit for 20 minutes after a scripture reading, in the style of Father Thomas Keating. I also have a super doctor who teaches Body scan, 3 minute breathing pause, and BCALM, also on the internet. I will check out 'Abide', thank you.

My pleasure. There is another one you may like called "Centering Prayer" where you basically just clear your mind. My psychotherapist recommended that one to me and my friend LOVES for us to do it together.
