The pressure to be sociable and partake in the birthday cake overwhelmed me, the chocolate cake did not even taste like real chocolate, I felt head ache and flu like symptoms for most of the day. Fatigued!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
