No weight loss after my last weigh in BUT I did loose a lot early in the week last week so I will take it. Going to crack down these next few weeks. I want to loose 7 more lbs before my birthday on april 6th. My gift to myself will be to reach another one of my goals to get to 285 lbs. I think I can do it. 4 weeks to loose 7 more lbs. I can do this. I am determined. Even though my birthday is either forgotten or no one cares I am going to make sure that the one person I truly want to make happy on my birthday is. And that is me. My gift to me will be investing more into my weight loss and seeing a weight I have not seen since 2011.
