Small goals add up fast. Don't worry about the big goals or how long it takes you. Keep it in mind, but just focus on the next 5 lbs. This is a process that can't be rushed or forced. The hardest part is being patient and being as gentle and kind with yourself as you would anyone fighting this battle.
