went to a seminar out of town. They had a lunch prepared with enough healthy protein and vegetables for me to choose from. Very relieved. I had taken my own food with me just in case. 5 hours of driving today! I am very fatigued.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
